The apartment is subject to the approval of the ABF (Architect of the Buildings of France). There is no elevator in this small building with 4 apartments. The kitchen is functional. Some decorating and refreshing work is needed: - Replace the windows (install double glazing meeting ABF standards). - Replace the toilet and modify the bathroom (potentially with a shower). - Replace the flooring in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and toilet. The train station is 1 km away on foot. The A10 motorway exit is 5 km away. Middle and high school 700m away, Cheverny Golf Course 17km away, and the Auchan shopping center 5km away.
