Heating is provided on the ground floor by a heat pump with underfloor heating and upstairs by convectors (However, the wood stove can heat the entire house). Property tax: €975. Sewage treatment is handled by a micro-treatment plant (fully compliant). The roof is covered with small tiles. The property is not fenced. The back of the house faces due south. This property has a teak terrace of approximately 63 m². There is space for a swimming pool. Finally, the living room has a wood-burning stove that heats the entire ground floor.
