That's why we love Provence
We are talking about the metropolis of Aix-Marseille-Provence (AMP), which extends from Marseille-Aubagne-Aix en Provence to the Etang de Berre (Salon de Provence, Martigues), the largest salt-water pond in Europe after Lagoon of "Mar Menor", Spain. A little more than 1.8 million people live there, 37% of the PACA region. The art of living over there and the sun attract tens of thousands of new inhabitants each year. Stronghold of gastronomic traditions based on regional products such as olive oil, herbs of Provence, vegetables, garlic, honey, truffles, lavender... Provence abounds with exceptional products, synonymous with a light, colorful, Mediterranean cuisine and appreciated by a whole population.
